Creating a Stylish and Functional Entryway

Entryway 1

In entryway 1 we used a Louis XV console with a scalloped apron and cabriole legs. The large round mirror above has a wood frame with wood mullions giving it a lot of character. The table lamps are tall and thin with pretty fabric shades that have beaded trim. And the wool area rug is so fun with a colorful floral design. We also have a glass vase with some beautiful pansy flowers on the console.

Entryway 2

A wonderful piece of artwork to greet your guests is always nice in your entryway. This fiber art wall hanging is by Anna Maria Mariani. She is a Florida fiber artist that we have featured on our website in the past. We love her work. To read more about Anna go here.

This to-the-trade console table is beautiful, and we placed a bowl on top for you to leave your keys when you come and go for convenience. The lamp adds some task lighting and the vase on the floor with the pussy willows adds to the natural theme of the space.

Entryway 3

In this entryway we chose a bench instead of a console, so that you can sit and put on or take off shoes or boots as you come and go. This is an upholstered bench with a great striped fabric that is high performance so it will be easy to clean. The large mirror gives you a place to check how you look before you leave the house or to add that hat and scarf. It has a black woven frame, and the tall candle stands add an extra bit of decorative touch along with the plants on the tray.

Entryway 4

We have a different more casual bench in this entryway. It’s a solid wood, spindle back bench with a classic but minimalist style. And the artwork is an enamel piece that mimics a patchwork quilt. The wall sconces add lighting to the space and are elegant with their unique design. We added a fig tree to bring some of the outdoors in and a fun circular area rug with a spiraling pattern on it.

Entryway 5

This entryway is a bit more glamorous. It has a contemporary round wall mirror with raised ridges and a metallic gold leaf finish. The glass top console table is a modern rectangular one with offset tiered shelving. We used two of the gold / crystal geometric LED light pendants on either side of the mirror. It has a luxurious diamond design that we love. The upper shelf has a crystal vase with some beautiful pink tulips. We also really like this blue and gold kintsugi bowl that we placed on the upper part of the bottom shelf and the pair of bird figurines with a gold tone leaf finish on a crystal base on the lower part of the bottom shelf.

What do you think about these entryways? We would love your input. Which one is your favorite? Please vote for your top pic – Image 1-5.

And of course, anyone that needs help designing their entryway schedule a discovery call with us. We are happy to help transform your space.
